Tomorrow is a 10% off day I think? I used to get all my breadmaking flours from www.snk.com.au really fantastic products. I have not yet decided if the shipping cost can be justified though! Up here I have found http://www.basicingredients.com.au/ have not yet ordered but will soon. They have Spelt, which thanks to your post I am very keen to try.januaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04600246449918639034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6994699269918200567.post-9542236303960940372009-12-31T19:53:02.234+10:002009-12-31T19:53:02.234+10:00Sorry..Its wholemeal ORGANIC spelt flour :0PSorry..Its wholemeal ORGANIC spelt flour :0PAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04017722931816679231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6994699269918200567.post-63040578253238385062009-12-31T19:50:40.488+10:002009-12-31T19:50:40.488+10:00Hi there...welcome to my blog. I am assuming it is just plain flour, not bread flour. I purchase it from Mrs flanneries here on the gold coast, Im not sure if you have it where you are but its a fantastic place to get...everything!
It says on the tub where I scoop it from smply "wholemeal spelt flour" so I guess it it just plain old flour.
Thanks again, and I am so happy you enjoy reading my blog. I hope You continue to enjoy xoAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04017722931816679231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6994699269918200567.post-13046892803902945882009-12-30T20:42:28.636+10:002009-12-30T20:42:28.636+10:00Love the sound of the spelt bread. I have an old Breville that has seen better days. I'm hoping to get a Breville Ikon next month. Enjoy reading your blog. Thanks.januaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04600246449918639034noreply@blogger.com
