There's nothing I like more than a rainy Sunday afternoon. A roast in the oven, the house is clean and an old family movie is on the telly. I love the fact that I can sit here, relax and not think about doing anything. Its so nice too after a stinking hot summers day to have the rain cool things down, ahhhhh, I love it. So calm and peaceful. Thye kids are happy and also calm. Hmmmmmm, Today, right at this moment...Life is good.
If this is your first time here WELCOME. If you've been here before WELCOME BACK!
Im a 33 year old mamma of 2 little georgouse kids...my daughter Miss Mimi who is 9, and my son Little T, who is 7 (and I still cant believe their that big already).
I have a wonderful, loving, supportive husband who I consider my soul mate and my rock. We married in November '98. I love my family and they make me sooo happy. I want to give back to them what they give to me ♥.
We live in a cosy, humble little home on the Gold coast, Australia. "Our nest" That we are slowly making our own.
I find there is so much stress and sadness in the world in which we live.
I also find there is also so much beauty and love...If we choose to look at it.
My Blog is dedicated to my beautiful family and the simple things that bring 'me' joy and make me feel fabulouse.
Its a reminder to me that life can be good, and hopefully I can pass that on to you.
I enjoy cooking, fitness, health, sewing, creating, my children, my husband, Interior decorating, fashon, all things girly. Im a bit artsy fartsy at times too.
I have a vintage whimsical style with a touch of french.
I enjoy indie/modern folk/blues/acoustic style of music. Real earthy sounds.
I love the beach, ocean, sand and sea. My husband is a surfer and I think it is a fantasic sport. I Love that he loves it.
I like to get back to basic with my food. I like to eat fresh, natural unprocessed food but I also believe in enjoying what you cook and enjoy what you eat and treating yourself once in a while...after all its all about balance.
Somtimes life can get a little crazy...but I wouldnt have it any other way.
Life isnt perfect, but it is good.
Thankyou for checking out my blog. I would love all who visit to continue to follow and pleeeaaase comment as i feel that that is the 'cherry on the top' after all my blogging. So please enjoy....
